Group Coaching Services
If you are inspired by group interaction or group challenges, this option may be for you. However, this option will be based on general nutrition goals that the group desires. For example, the group may want to learn how to set new habits to start the process of better dietary management or weight loss.
Group packages contain one 30-minute educational session per week for maximum of four weeks and a weekly challenge for the team. A max of 4 people can participate.
